TAMQUAT
TAMQUAT – THE FIRST AND ONLY ONE OF ITS KIND IN THE CZECH REPUBLIC!
“Tẩm quất” is a traditional Vietnamese therapeutic technique that combines pressure, striking, tapping, and kneading precisely on acupressure points.
Although it may sound a bit "intense", each technique serves a healing purpose – helping to relax muscles, stimulate energy flow, and relieve pain and fatigue.
Key Benefits of Tẩm Quất:
• Relief from back, neck, and joint pain
• Improved blood circulation and reduced stiffness
• Deep relaxation and better sleep quality
• Strengthened immune system and support for chronic issues (e.g. spinal pain, stress)
Who is Tẩm Quất suitable for?
• Office workers, manual laborers, and seniors
• People suffering from insomnia, fatigue, or stress
• Those with chronic muscle or joint pain
Who should NOT receive Tẩm Quất:
• Individuals with serious heart conditions or unstable blood pressure
• Pregnant women, post-surgery patients, or those with open wounds
• People with fever or acute inflammation
Aftercare Recommendations:
After the session, it’s recommended to rest, avoid cold drafts, and refrain from bathing immediately.
Drinking warm water helps the body detox and recover faster. For enhanced benefits, you can combine the therapy with a herbal foot soak, herbal tea, or cupping therapy.
